How can I make sure that My Little Place has received my order?

Once you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation e-mail.

You may check the details of all the orders you have placed by signing in to your My Little Place account.

If you have followed all the steps correctly and still have not received an order confirmation e-mail, check your My Little Place account. Which is the status of my order?

If you enter to your profile you can see the state of your order.

Where can I find the order number?

You can find the order number in the confirmation e-mail you will receive or in your account at My Little Place.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not left our commercial warehouse.

Our sales department will contact you to confirm your cancellation.

Where I can look / find promotional codes?

There are several ways:

* Newsletter often we send codes with discount or offers, sign up now!
* Banners on our website and blog.
* Advertising in different media / blogs with specific promotions.
* Intranet of your company (if you belong to one of the companies with which we have agreements for employees).

 

 

How do I exchange a promotional code?

* To exchange a promotional code you have to reach the requirements of the promotion.

* If you have reach these requirements the promotion will be applied.

* During the Checkout process you should fill the field called Coupon code, fill it with the code and press the Save button. Coupon will automatically be applied to your purchase.

* You can only exchange one code per purchase.

The coupon code cannot be applied

Some promotions expire and cannot be combined. Read the promotion terms carefully to understand how to use it.

Make sure you check expiration dates the moment you get the coupons.
