What to do if I want to make a return order?

I. Return Procedure
All products purchased in www.mylittleplace.es could be returned and refunded, the customer have to communicate to MY LITTLE PLACE the intention to return one or more products purchased, within a period of 7 calendar days from the delivery date and who meet all the other conditions established in this section.

MY LITTLE PLACE only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
1. The product must be in the same condition as delivered and will retain their original packaging and labeling. If you appreciate theres something defective with packaging you should leave proof of it on the delivery note.
2. Shipping should be using the same packaging in which it was received to protect the product. In the event that it can not be done with the packaging which was delivered, the Customer must return it in a protective case so that the product reaches MY LITTLE PLACE store with the maximum possible of guarantees.
3. You must include a copy of the delivery note inside the package, in which also have to be marked the returned products and the reason for return.

In order to facilitate clients the return process and be able to follow it correctly, MY LITTLE PLACE establishes only the refund procedure established by MY LITTLE PLACE. If the reason for return is attributable to MY LITTLE PLACE (the product is defective, is not the one you had order), the amount of the return will be refunded. If the reason is another (products are served correctly but are not of your liking), the cost of return postage will be paid by the customer.

To proceed with a return, follow these steps:
1. Report within 7 calendar days from receipt the product you want to be returned. Such information may be done via e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or through the contact form on the website.
2. MY LITTLE PLACE will inform the customer the address where to send the product.
3. The client must send it using a courier company of it choice. The return should be paid by customer.
4. Report the courier company used, date and time of the return.

II. CUSTOMER Refunds
The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the cost of returned products minus the cost of return service.
Only in the event that the product delivered is defective or incorrect, MY LITTLE PLACE also will refund the returning cost.
Returns and partial cancellations will result in partial refunds.
MY LITTLE PLACE will manage the return order under the same system that was used for payment within 3 days from the confirmation of arrival at the store of the returned order. The application of the return on the account or customer card depends on the card and the issuing entity. The application period will be up to 7 days for debit cards and up to 30 days for credit cards.

 

I received a defective order. How do we solve it?

You have a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt for any return or claim.

First, if you appreciate theres something defective with packaging you should leave proof of it on the waybill.

If the product is defective, we will resend you the product without extra charges. Make sure you have the defective product ready when the courier company go through your home and you must give it back.
